The sire of this female was the first in the Snowmass program to produce a fleece finer than Vicuna, the embodiment of everything the Snowmass program desired in White Huacaya, and is celebrated among their highest achievements in breeding for Ultra Royal Alpaca: SNOWMASS LORO PIANA. A direct daughter of Snowmass Quechua and Snowmass Highland Lass. Snowmass Quechua's Lass is still producing ELITE whites for Snowmass Alpacas. In fact, a full-sister to Loro Lass was born in 2019 (named Snowmass Best Lass) where she maintained a 16 micron fleece at 3-years-old! Snowmass Highland Lass was one of Snowmass' Highland lines that they highly treasured. They were strong bodied, well defined alpacas with great density and well proportioned bodies. Classic heads with fine dense wool production on top knot and into extremities. Highland Lass herself had a beautiful silky crimp style with a long staple.
