QE Quechua's Halia is a remarkable Brown breeding stud and one of the leading son's born from QE Snowmass Mak Kai, a lead colored stud male for Quechua Enterprises. He is sired by Snowmass Majestic Paramount and out of Snowmass Pua Lilehua, a Snowmass Velvet Touche daughter.

His Dam, Snowmass Nani Aloha, brings in rich dark color with the advancements in fineness and consistency we are all looking for. She is sired by Snowmass Velveteer, who was exported out of the United States and is out of a 5-star production dam, Snowmass Kamali'i Wahine.

Quechua's Halia has strong upstanding conformational presence with a beautiful head with a fine dense wool cap and those remarkable almond eyes. He has just incredible consistency of fineness. In person he is much more impressive.



QE Quechua’s Halia (AOA# 36345787) was biopsied at 1 year and 10-months old as a Dark Brown huacaya male. His fiber cluster placement is uniform, and he shows extreme density. Halia shows 2 of 4 gland presence. His S/P ratio is 15.9:1, and his density is 112.8 S/M of skin. He has 50% medullated fibers. His secondary fibers average 18.2 microns, and his primary fibers average 28.1 microns. His S/P spread is 9.9 microns, and his AFD is 18.2 microns. He is in the Top 1% for density overall, for males, for the brown color category, and for his age.
